Art Offerings provided by experienced professionals

Kids & Teens (ages 3+)

• Art Outing is cheaper than hiring a babysitter and tons of fun!  4-6 hours includes art projects and lunch; $16 per child per hour for a group of 3-5, $14 per child per hour for a group of 6-9, $12 per child per hour for a group of 10+

• Après Ski Party includes art project and snack from 4-6pm; $35 per child for a group of 3-5, $30 per child for a group of 6-9, $25 per child for a group of 10+

• Pajama Party includes art project, dinner, and movie from 6-9pm; $50 per child for a group of 3-5, $40 per child for a group of 6-9, $35 per child for group of 10+

Adults (all abilities welcome)

• Art Potpourri classes based on any medium(s) listed below; call for pricing

• Cocktails and Canvas (or Cocktails and Ceramics) $60 per person for a group of 3-5, $55 per person for a group of 6-9, $50 per person for a group of 10+, 3 hour session generally from 6-9pm (wine/ hors d’oeuvres packages available)

• Other Options: bachelor/bachelorette parties, baby showers, wedding showers, team building activities

• Join us for Mommy and Me Get Messy classes.

Organize at your hotel
All options listed above are available at your hotel (except clay/pottery wheel) for an additional $40 divided among the group, plus parking costs

Drop-in to Alpine Arts Center Tuesday through Saturday 9am-6pm for paint pottery, crafts, clay, & painting projects; ages 10 and under accompanied by an adult ($12 per person + materials)

Arrange a private or semi private art lesson ($50 for
1 hour or $80 for 2 hours, + materials)

Make your own class at Alpine Arts Center (classes based in painting, drawing, clay sculpture/pottery wheel, jewelry, photography, stained glass, glass etching, paint your own pottery, mosaics, etc.)

Here are a few ideas to choose from, or you may create your own concept.

• Our Rocky Mountain Masterpieces program will teach you to paint the local scenery, including aspen trees, mountains, and Vail wildflowers depending on the season.  You will leave your Visual Arts on Vacation with a framed painting, a great souvenir of your trip.
• Paint your own watercolor Postcards From Paradise.  During your Visual Arts on Vacation, you will learn various watercolor techniques and apply these skills to create three watercolor postcards.  Send them to your friends at home to let them know you are having a blast in Vail!
• Create your own Magnetic Masterpieces for your refrigerator door as a souvenir from Vail.  Working with ceramics and lots of colorful glazes, you’ll create your own Vail magnets in our ceramics studio.  Then keep them for yourself or impress your loved ones with the perfect gifts. (Please note these pieces will need to be fired in the kiln – they can be picked up later in the week or mailed to your home)
